These terms apply to all purchases made via the OOH MY MATCHA website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

• Pricing errors
• Stock shortages
• Suspected fraud

If this occurs, payment will be refunded.

4. Product Information

We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However, minor colour or packaging variations may occur.
Matcha naturally contains caffeine.

5. Liability

OOH MY MATCHA is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned.

6. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
