RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@oohmymatcha.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@oohmymatcha.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
